Daedalus Commercial Development of the Year Finalist

Fareham Borough Council would like to congratulate Kingsbridge and HNW Architects for taking home the ‘Commercial Development of the Year’ award at this year’s South Coast Property Awards.

The South Coast Property Awards celebrate development, investment and collaboration across the region’s property and construction sector. Daedalus was shortlisted in recognition of development achievements since inception, including two recent major commercial developments at the site: Bristow Helicopters’ dedicated new search and rescue training facility, and Eaton’s new advanced manufacturing facility.

Executive Leader of Fareham Borough Council, Cllr Simon Martin, said: “It is a fantastic achievement to be shortlisted at these in these rigorously judged and well-respected industry awards. My congratulations go to Kingsbridge and HNW Architects.

“I would like to take the opportunity to thank our all our delivery partners over the years. Being shortlisted is a testament to the truly unique location for businesses we have at Daedalus and what Fareham has to offer organisations looking to expand, grow and thrive long into the future.”
