Two Business Parks

Faraday Business Park, extending to 100 acres, provides a rare opportunity for businesses to purpose-build and own their own premises in an attractive business park setting. Companies such as Proptech Aero, Bristow Helicopters, DFS Composites and HC Coils have already chosen to locate to the Park, with others expressing interest in acquiring sites for their own occupation.

Swordfish Business Park is a potential new Business Park located in the north-east quadrant of the current airfield. Currently at feasibility stage, this Business Park has the potential to further expand opportunities for companies to develop their own premises to suit their business operations.
